This earliest series of work from the 1970’s revolves around the axes of form and ideology. The geometry and structure of basic elements largely born out of the artist’s architectural status come into play with organic forms and phallic elements in a symbolic reference to the elusive but compulsive nature of the creative process itself and the questions born out its product.
